Account Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a new teammate for our Marketing and Account Management team! The Marketing team works directly with our 130+ outdoor brand partners - like Black Diamond, Dynafit, Big Agnes, and Arc’teryx to name a few - to drive their pro channel strategies on Outdoor Prolink, market their products to Outdoor Prolink members, and grow awareness of their brand and products in the professional community and beyond. Our Account Managers are looking for an uber organized and highly motivated people-person to support them in these efforts.

Salary: Starting at $45,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Daily email correspondence with brand accounts to assist Account Managers in addressing client questions and solving issues
- Monthly outreach to brand accounts to gather pricing and product information for special promotions, collect marketing assets for campaigns, source gear for our gear review program and more
- Support Account Managers in organizing monthly marketing activities and campaign calendar across all accounts
- Maintain detailed status notes and strategic plan details for all accounts
- Act as Account Manager for a subset of small-but-mighty brand accounts
- Leverage PowerBI to monitor account sales performance and share insights with Account Managers, CEO and CMO on a regular basis
- Manage brand storefront pages to ensure that all content is seasonally appropriate and up-to-date. Make seasonal updates to brand imagery and storefront content. Collaborate with E-Commerce Manager to make strategic adjustments to storefronts that drive sales results.
- Audit brand product catalogs and assist in merchandising improvements on Outdoor Prolink, including writing product descriptions, sourcing product content like videos and imagery, and copy-editing
- Collaborate with Account Managers, Business Development team, Operations team and Customer Service team to assist in onboarding of new brand accounts
- Maintain accurate database of client information in our customer relationship management tool, SugarCRM
- Monthly data entry for account activities in SugarCRM
- Manage account agreements in Docusign and SugarCRM
- General day-to-day support of Account Management and Marketing team

- Outstanding organizational skills - This individual finds extreme pleasure in an elegant spreadsheet and dreams about checking off long to-do lists. The Account Operations Associate will be running support for over 100 different outdoor brands, so it will be critical they are able to juggle tasks while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, listening, and verbal communication skills - Our brand partners are some of our favorite people to have a beer with or ride a chairlift with. To succeed in this role, you’ve gotta be a people-person who thrives at developing and maintaining relationships with clients. This role will also interface with lots of different teams at Outdoor Prolink, so fostering great relationships internally is just as important!

Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in account management, marketing, sales or administrative role
- Experience with HTML and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) are preferred but not required
- Experience organizing and effectively executing administrative tasks
- Excellent computer literacy with programs like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Gmail, Zoom and CRM tools
- Ability to work in the Outdoor Prolink office at least two days per week
- A background working in the outdoors or in the outdoor industry and/or general understanding and interest in outdoor gear.
